Shares in a Groupement Foncier Viticole - GFV

Terra Hominis, a specialist in participatory winegrowing financing, enables the installation or development of vineyards through the creation of a GFV (Groupement foncier viticole). We select our winegrowers for the quality of their wines, because they all share an organic philosophy, and most of them are certified organic or in conversion.

More than just participatory financing, “associates” become involved in the life of the GFV vineyard and join a community of 3,600 people who share common values based on conviviality and sharing.

A GFV based on people

Through this participation In return, each associate receives 4.5% in wine each year. Associates have the opportunity to take part in exclusive events, such as festive days around the grape harvest or other themes. Our approach is based on human values and transmission, and we select our associates by telephone on the basis of human values.
