Mediation of consumer disputes

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. and R612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Consumer may have recourse to free mediation in the event of any contractual dispute relating to the performance of the sales contract and/or the provision of services that cannot be resolved by means of a complaint previously lodged with our customer service department. He/she should contact the Association Nationale des Médiateurs (ANM) either by post at 62 rue Tiquetonne 75002 PARIS or by e-mail by filling in the online form at www.anm-conso.com.
