Terra Hominis, a recognized specialist in participative financing in the vineyards through Groupements Fonciers Viticoles (GFV), has already completed 54 co-owned vineyard projects. These projects represent 34 vineyard estates spread over 251 hectares of vines, owned by over 4,000 associates. By joining a GFV, you become co-owner of a vineyard while supporting French viticulture.
Our vineyards are located in France’s main wine-growing regions: Occitanie, Bordelais, Loire, Cognac, Beaujolais, Ardèche and Vallée du Rhône. Each project is rigorously selected according to environmental, human and economic criteria to guarantee sustainable and responsible investments.
At Terra Hominis, each GFV is assessed by an ethics committee dedicated to the ecological transition of viticulture. Our vineyards adhere to strict environmental standards, with the majority certified organic. Some of our estates also apply biodynamic methods or produce sulfite-free “méthode nature” wines.
By investing in a Groupement Foncier Viticole with Terra Hominis, you become more than just an associate: you join a community of enthusiasts. Our winemakers, chosen for their human qualities and their willingness to share, invite you to take part in regular tastings and workshops on the work of the vine. You’ll also receive newsletters to keep you up to date with the life of the estate and your investment.
Investing in a GFV with Terra Hominis is an opportunity to support French viticulture while enjoying tax benefits and contributing to the preservation of France’s winegrowing landscapes.
